The purpose is simple:

Email and Text Communications
Surf-Connection may send community updates, onboarding messages, newsletters, administrative notices, path-specific information, or other communications related to your participation.
Marketing emails should include a reasonable way to unsubscribe. The FTC’s CAN-SPAM guidance says commercial emails must give recipients a way to stop future marketing messages.
Marketing texts, if used, should include a reasonable way to opt out. FCC guidance says consumers may opt out of robotexts or robocalls in a reasonable manner.
A simple Surf-Connection standard:
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Use the unsubscribe link to opt out of marketing emails.
Administrative or transactional messages may still be sent when appropriate.

Surf-Connection is built with care, but no website, app, form, AI tool, community space, link, email system, or third-party platform is perfect.
Information may be incomplete, outdated, interrupted, unavailable, delayed, incorrect, or changed over time.
Surf-Connection is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Member Content and Privacy
Members may share comments, stories, photos, videos, questions, forms, testimonials, observations, or other content.
By sharing content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not knowingly violate another person’s privacy, safety, intellectual property, or legal rights.
Private community content should stay private.
Do not copy, screenshot, forward, publish, or distribute private member content outside its intended space without permission.

You may view and use Surf-Connection materials for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, scrape, sell, repackage, publish, commercially exploit, or train systems on Surf-Connection materials without written permission.
Limitation of Responsibility
